This invaluable information can be accessed directly through a web portal and provides a tool not just for troubleshooting, but also for capacity and availability planning.
What are the benefits?
Our network monitoring team respond to any critical alert which occurs between 8.30am and 5.30pm. Outside of these hours, for customers subscribing to our 24 hour service, critical alerts are passed onto our 24 hour team. The network monitoring service includes:

This comprehensive check ensures not only that your backups are completing, but also determines that your selection list of files and folders is correct, that the rotation cycle matches your business requirements and that tapes are stored appropriately too.
