Emergency Days

Should there be a major event, such as the snow stopping everyone getting into an office or some other event that limits access to the facilities, it is possible to remotely set emergency messages to play to your customers when they call the office. You could set up the system to announce the message and then divert to voicemail or mobile phone as required.In addition any staff that had access to the mobile or softphone applications could easily operate from any Internet connected remote locations such as their homes.

Queue Call Back

The system can be configured to allow customers to hang-up their call once they have entered the queue and the system can then automatically call them back once they have reached the front of the queue. This aspect of the system helps retain potential custom whilst freeing up the caller creating a better start to the relationship, than a system that requires them to hold the line for extended periods.

Group Mailboxes

Should you wish a voice mail to be delivered on the phone system to more than one person the ability to implement group mailboxes is built in. This means that everyone in a mailbox group will have a voice mail alert until one of the team picks up the voice mail.Whilst setting this kind of interoperability as an investment, the pay back can be significant in both operational efficiencies and customer experience / satisfaction.

Call Monitoring

In addition to being able to record the calls entering the phone system, you also have the option of monitoring the call without the operator or customers being aware giving the management team and supervisors greater visibility into the performance of their teams.

Voicemail to Email

Skyline Voice allows each users access to voicemail (if required) and any messages left within the system can be automatically emailed to the end users reducing the chances of calls being missed and allowing staff out of the office to be notified of the message via their smart phone.

Fax Services

As part of the hosted system, fax services are included and will replace any physical fax machines present in the branches. All faxes received by the system are automatically converted to PDF’s and sent through to a designated mailbox.
